Business Planning - Asset mapping

This is a tool to help you to identify the things that you have at your disposal to deliver your mission and to think about how they might be deployed. Think about the assets you have in your sector, your organisation and with the individuals you work with. What is being over-used (and needs support) what is being under-used (and could be reallocated), what is missing (that you might be able to find in partnerships and collaborations) and what, potentially is no longer needed.  The second part of the tool invites you to organise your thinking into some priority actions to protect, maximise or dispose of assets, or what assets you might need to acquire to have even more impact.
