As one of the UK’s most experienced organisational development consultancies, people make it work has 20 years of experience in the cultural sector, with a 50-strong team with offices in Covent Garden in London and based and working across the UK.
Change Creation is built on learning and insights accumulated over two decades in the Cultural Sector and draws on the expertise of some of the most respected, internationally renowned cultural sector leaders as advisors, facilitators, speakers and mentors.
