Change Creation Resources
This week we have spoken to three associate consultants that work with us on the Change Creation programme and at people make it work. They offer really useful insights into agile working, managing uncertainty and how we can engage with funders. How we can empower our teams, simplify or streamline decision making processes, use this time to look at prototyping and testing? How can lessen our anxiety, reframe our thinking to focus on what we can control and change? How do we support our teams to be productive whilst ensuring that we hear their concerns and how they are coping with this change? How can we use this time to demonstrate, with authenticity, the power we have as arts organisations to focus on what matters to our communities and bring that to the fore with funders? What can we achieve with our partners and peer networks with 'strength in numbers'?
